Returns & Refunds Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from WORKFORGE NUTRITION LTD through workforgenutrition.co.uk.
We offer a 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your WORKFORGE Magnesium Complex + B6 must be unopened, unused, sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, unsealed, used, or tampered-with food supplement products unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Please include your order number, your full name, a short explanation of the return request, and photos where relevant.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Address
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address by email.
Please do not send product returns to our registered office unless we have specifically confirmed this in writing.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, opened on arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and photos where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because WORKFORGE Magnesium Complex + B6 is a sealed food supplement, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with, unless it is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
We also cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to return the eligible item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order.
UK & EU Cooling-Off Rights
If you are buying online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be made automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
